Return & Exchange Policy:

Any claims for damages or short shipments, as well as notifications of any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of the reception of the product. After this time, we may not be able to process any return or claim. We recommend that you inspect your items carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label and deduct the shipping amount from the order or the customer can bring the item to any Fedex, USPS, or UPS facility where the paid shipping can be handled. These shippers can provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will make sure to get that sorted for you as soon as possible.

How do I ship an item back?

All international orders must be responsible for postage and return shipping to our requested address. To return an item, please contact our Returns Center at (cs@antlux.com) and follow our return instructions. For the refund, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please email our customer service (cs@antlux.com) with your order number and tracking number so our team can track your return if there are issues in transit.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Please allow 4-5 business hours for your return to be processed once your return is delivered to our warehouse. All refunds are made to the original method of payment and any store credit will be emailed to you. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Refunds to the original method of payment will be received within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank and the speed of transactions through that bank's system.
