I just finished installing 16 of these in my shop to supplement the 10 fluorescent 4 lamp units I installed years ago. These lights appear to put out about 75% of the usable light of the 4 lamp T8's and use less than half the electricity. Very nice. They also cost about 70% less to buy. They arrived in good shape and all worked properly.Though they are reportedly linkable, I did not link these as I had already pre-wired years ago.My installation was not that easy (as some are describing). Some of that was due to ceiling height of 14.5 feet and having already run 12 gauge wire for 20 amp circuits, which is stiffer and more difficult to work with. But some of this was because of minor peculiarities of the product:1) I wanted to install these on the edge of 2x ceiling joists and ordered the usual round ceiling boxes. See attached photo that shows a 2x, a ceiling box, and the bottom of the light. Note the orientation of the mount holes in the box versus the slot locations on the light. You cannot orient the light on parallel to the joist. I could pick up one slot but not both. Did not want to drill into the bulb area. Therefore I had to sister up some scrap 2x at each of the joist so I could have something to screw to, in addition to the one slot screw. You need to have square boxes if you wish to install like this on a 2x and check for orientation of the holes before you buy it. I think square boxes would have worked fine.2) The supplied machine screws were bigger/fatter than usual and would not fit the box holes without stripping out the soft screw head.3) The supplied orange wire nuts are quite small and worked only at the end of a run where I only had to tie one conductor to each light wire. I'm not even sure you could put two 14 gauge plus the light wire, in those nuts.4) They tinned the stripped ends of the wires which would be great if they stripped enough covering off but they didn't. The ground wire had about 3/8 stripped and the hot and neutral about about 1/2 . Not enough. Therefore I had to cut off the tinning and re-strip all 48 of them.5) You need to supply your own box clamps to run the wires through the punch out in the light. They put a bit of plastic sleeving on the hot and neutral wires but I don't think that meets code for protecting them through that punch out, maybe it does though. I had anticipated needing the clamps though and had them on hand.6) The supplied wood screws have a pretty small head, luckily the light is very light weight but because of the thin metal used to make the light, a washer under the that might be a good thing. I used square drive screws with a larger head. The lights are a great value and I recommend them. I'll update this review if I have any early failures or other issues.

Very light and can hange anywhere. cheap wiring but that's all you need for led today. They throw a lot of light. 2 in a 15 x 30ft storage room was enough.

I like the lights, they are a lower profile than the current lights and are lighter. I am anxious to see them when they are installed. However, Covid has made it impossible to find someone to come install them.I'll update this review when we finally get someone to show up to remove our old fluorescent garage lights and replace them with this LED fixture.

I was really sick of the old, flickering fluorescent lights in our workshop. This is the perfect replacement. I prefer the 4000K light color; the 5000K fixtures are too blue/white. This is a lot brighter than the old lights.

I have been systematically replacing my garage lights with LEDs, and I much prefer them to flourescents. I am particularly happy to be free of the humming and flickering, and not having to keep stocks of the fragile tubes around and dispose of them when they die. I have xero complaints about these fixtures.

I used this to replace the old fashioned which worked sporadically and still had a ballast and starter with this fixture and it was easy to install and is brighter and uses less electricity.

So far I have been satisfied with this light. It was installed with minimal effort and functions well. The aesthetics are good and the build quality seems well made. It has been installed for about a month so I cannot attest to its durability.

This is a nice, bright LED light that is great for garages. It is quite bright without being harsh or unpleasant. If yiu have basic DIY skills, installation is easy. I put this up above my workbench in an area that previously had decent lighting, but there was nothing directly over the workbench so it wasn't as bright as I'd like and there were shadows because the closest light was behind behind me when I was standing at the bench, so my own body would block some light. This light was the perfect solution. Now there is great light st my workbench and no shadows.
