This was easy to install. I bought an adapter to screw into a light socket to power the shop light. I mounted the light in between to rafters and ran the power cord up the the light socket. The shop light has mounting holes in the top for this type of mount. I did not need the chain since it is screwed right into the wooden rafters. Now when we turn the lights on in the attic this light comes on and what used to be nothing but dark shadows where we store stuff is now all lite up.

Used the product to replace Fluorescent tubes in the garage. The product comes ready and easy to install, it is much lighter than the fluorescent equivalent, very bright and better light. I used the supplied chains to hang the fixture to the ceiling (replacing the old fixtures one for one). It comes with a standard plug just like the fixture it replaced.

“That was quick. Glad i didnt spend more money.” That was my original review. Too late to return but fortunately, not much money lost. But then, the seller contacted me, apologized for my experience and, since a replacement was not currently available, offered me a full refund. Can’t beat that. Sometimes things will not work as they are supposed to. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again since without prompting, he did the right thing.

Arrived in perfect condition, lightweight, easy to install, good hardware, color and brightness exactly as expected.I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hanging chains. Some reviews said they were cheap, but the ones I received were quite nice - see pic. I particularly like the snap hooks (rather than 'S' hooks) and the 'Y' configurationof the chain. Four stars because only 2 of the 6 are installed as of an hour ago. I'll update the rating once these have some functional history.
