Installed 6 of these in my 800 SQ ft garage and they are amazingly bright. They are so much brighter than the old fluorescents I removed. They start right up in warm or cold weather and have no warm up need. I have absolutely no complaints about these lights, very happy with their performance. As far as installation, they are very simple to install, I had recessed lights, but decided to make these surface mounts with a routered plywood base. They mounted easily and wiring is straightforward. They took me about an hour to install all six lights after I made the spacers.

These lights are a huge upgrade from our old fluorescent lights. One they are much brighter, two they are significantly cooler in temperature, and three, these wtill save us on electricity. We have them installed in our kitchen as well as our business (office building). In the office we opted for the version with dimmers, since they are so bright and you might need a less bright option once in a while. The dimmers required a little more for ther installation due to our setup, but the non-dimmer lights were super easy to install. Highly recommended!

Been a few months since install. My thoughts are it was very lightweight. Easy to install. Wonderfully bright. No hum sound or flockering like our old florescent it replaced. And LED means less power used and we probably won't have to touch it for a decade. Great price too.

Wow, I wish I had bought them earlier. I bought one and installed it and liked them so much I bought a second light for my kitchen. You can dim them for night and turn the light up for day. Be sure to read the instruction so you put it up correctly. I sent my first one back thinking it would not work only to find that I needed to put in a dimmer at the switch. After I figured out what to do, I went back and bought two more of the same units.

I replaced a single 100 W bulb with this ceiling light in my garage. Extremely satisfied. Bought a 2nd unit immediately to replace the the remaining bulb. (I purchased them one at a time to make certain that I was happy with the first one).

Replaced the original florescent lighting in a dark walk in closet. Needed brighter light and this did the trick, much brighter than anticipated. I liked it, wife thought too bright. Dimmed it down with standard size typing paper in the bottom of the lens. Downside was I'd bought this with an anticipation of installing a dimmer option switch. But the wire has to be strung down to the switch through the ceiling and down the wall. Seems like major surgery to me. We'll stick with the one level brightness.
