It doesn't flicker as much as other leds, but it does flicker. This is with inverter use from solar panel power.It does not flicker on Grid power. They are not daylight so folks know. I prefer daylight myself.

I had a florescent fixture, in my laundry room, when I bought my house. The bulbs started to fail so, I replace all of my light fixtures with LED. This worked amazingly well. It was easy to install, it is MUCH brighter than my florescent fixture was and it uses less energy. Bonus!

They feel sort of flimsy but once installed, there is no need to touch them so not really a problem. I installed a set of four to replace four single bulbs in our large garage. None were connected together, which is an option. Overall, far more light than before and I expect them to last a long time.

This is an easy solution to undercounter lighting. Only caution has to do with brown outs. They worked for awhile and then they didn't and we had to replace the light fixtures. Next time we get a brown out we will be sure to turn these lights off until we are back up to 125 Volts.
